This is a very comfortable and well-equipped villa in a quiet situation and with many beautiful spots to visit nearby. It can accommodate up to 8 people well (we were a family of 5) and found plenty of space to be together and apart. Location is perfect for exploring Istria region, and the local towns and villages are very attractive with an excellent choice of restaurants. We can recommend it without the slightest reservation.

Tolles Haus, etwas abgeschieden aber mit allem Komfort. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit.

This villa is simply lovely. It is equipped, furnished and decorated to an excellent standard, has a lovely swimming pool and is set in beautiful grounds. The quiet rural location provides all the privacy and peace you will need. Porec is only 15 - 20 minutes away and provides a range of restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets. If you want to eat in (which we did on a couple of nights) the villa has and excellent BBQ and alfresco dining area. The owner was most welcoming and very helpful. For the family that like piece and quite, but like to get about independently and explore this is an ideal villa. If like us you dont mind an early start you can go on a day trip to Venice via ferry across the Adriatic!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine wunderschöne Woche im September verbracht. Absolte Ruhe, super-gepflegter Garten, schöner Pool und perfekter Grillplatz. Keine Nachbarn und ca. 15 Min. bis Porec. Wer es gerne einsam und idyllisch hat, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Alleinlage empfehlenswert.

We have just spent 2 wonderfull weeks at villa primula with our grown up children & young Grandchildren ( a mixture of age groups ) Everyone of us enjoyed every minute of every day. The Villa, gardens & pool are superb even at night with the lovely lighting. The owner is very helpful and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. We have stayed in villas nearby before but this was by far the best. We hope to return again next year and have already recomended it to family. Thankyou very much for providing such a beautiful & peaceful villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Primula. The villa met our expectations and was as good as described if not even more. Lots of own peace ang quiet and even an own herb carden :) The closest neighbours were two cows that launded in the neighbor property during day time, very idyllic!
Supermarkets and restaurants are vere easy to reach by car. The region has lots to offer for a day trips. Great Holiday!

Wir haben im September 9 unvergessliche Tage und Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir hatte super viel Spaß am und im Pool. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter spricht hervoragend englisch und auch ein bißchen deutsch und ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Ich kann die Villa nur empfehlen und sie ist wirklich jeden Euro wert.
We spent 9 unforgettable September days and nights in this beautiful house. We had so much fun in and around the pool. The house is very stylish and well equipped. The owner speaks outstanding English and also a little German and is very friendly and polite. I can only recommend the villa and it is worth every euro.

This past August 2010, we came from Israel with another family for a holiday in Croatia and I must say that our stay at the Villa Primula was a wonderful experience. To say that the villa was gorgeous would be an understatement. The place is even more beautiful than the images posted on the web site. The owner of the villa is a wonderful man, very kind and easy to work with. We called him from Israel and he was very courteous and kind. Every one of our requests was answered . The night we arrived in Croatia, we were on our way to the villa and we got a little lost. So we called the owner and within 5 minutes he arrived to our location to show us in.
The house is completely equipped and beautifully designed. The kitchen cabinets were new and the villa was sparkling clean. You will find there everything that you will need from refrigerator, dishwasher, microware, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, laundry and dryer, bicycles, barbecue, DVD player, Playstation, etc, etc. The owner has seemed to have thought of everything that you would possibly need in order to have a convenient, pleasant and fun experience.
When we arrived at the villa we found waiting for us cheese, olive oil, bread, nuts and drinks and without a doubt the most beautiful, romantic setting anyone could ask for. This a great place for the family or couple who is searching for a peaceful, beautiful location with a great owner who will make sure that your stay will be the best experience possible.
Finally, I just want to say that after we had arrived back in Israel, we discovered that my daughter had left her wallet in the villa. I contacted the owner and he went back to the villa and found the wallet. He then mailed it back to us at his own expense. This is just one example of the type of person and the type of service you can expect when you vacation here. We will surely be returning back in the future.

We had really nice stay in Villa Primula. The surrounding is calm and we absolutely enjoyed our relaxing holiday. This is a great place if you want to feel refreshed.

This villa is in a very small hamlet in a rural area around 12km inland from Porec. It is therefore a good getaway for a relaxing holiday. You will need a car as there no facilities in the hamlet itself but there are plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do within a 15 minute drive. The villa is virtually new, fantastically clean and very well equipped. The garden and the area by the pool is perfect for families and is great for a BBQ and eating outside. The owners (who live in Slovenia) are friendly and helpful and there is also a local agent on hand should you need him.
Note: If you fly into Trieste I would strongly recomment the quiet border crossing north of Buzet rather than the main one north of Buje.
