This charming rustic cottage is perched on the edge of the Colletto Estate with spectacular views from all windows over the romantic hillside scenery of small villages, the Sercio valley and mountains beyond. The property is within walking distance to the untouched, beautiful, mediaeval hilltop town of Coreglia Antelminelli with all its amenities.

The house has just been restored and is tastefully furnished in the Tuscan style with antique furniture, terracotta tiles and has every modern convenience. Outdoors there is a private swim jacuzzi and sun loungers on the terrace.

Breath taking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The glorious elevated position which allows such stunning vistas from each of its rooms, make this a most sought after property.

An English speaking lady is available for help and guidance. This service will be charged for at local rates.

"Meet and Greet" service

On arrival the key will be in the door of your property. There is a folder in each villa with a comprehensive guide showing how to operate the equipment, where to visit in the area, supermarket locations and so on. If you would, however, prefer to use our "Meet and Greet" service we can arrange for someone to be at the property for your arrival to show you around and explain the equipment, plus provide information on the local area.

The charge is £50 and is payable with final balance.
