We visited this villa in January 2012 with 2 children ( 2 and 4 years old) and had a fantastic stay. The villa is very well equipped and decorated. Everything you need for a relaxing family holiday is there. Housekeeping team are very friendly and efficient and sorted out initial problems with electricity very quickly. Patio from livingroom looks onto fairway of golf course and throughout our stay it was very quiet. Plunge pool is just as it sounds, small and not big enough to swim in - also very cold ! We made daily use of all the facilities at the nearby Cotton Bay resort - beautiful beach, lovely swimming pool, excellent childrens club, good food and cocktails at the beach bar. The resort is an easy 7 minute walk along the road.
Villa is 15 minute drive from nearest town and I would recommend a hire car if you plan to explore.
Overall, I would fully recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

The photos and description of the property were extremely accurate. The property is light, airy and very spacious. It would easily accommodate six people. Ena was very helpful and on hand for any queries. Sharmain (our housekeeper) was exceptional. Our arrival meal was delicious, and the property was kept immaculate throughout our stay.
The location is great if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Rodney Bay. We had the use of Cotton Bay beach club which has a lovely swimming pool and also received a discount for use of the bar and restaurant. I cannot speak highly enough about the property and the facilities for a relaxing family stay in a wonderful country.

Location was ideal for our more mature party. Enjoyed the views over the golf course from the balcony and everything was so close without being in the hub. Very helpful team on site. Wouldnt hestitate to recommend and between 6 it was super value for money.
