If you want "Far from the Madding Crowd", then this is it.
Four of us had the most wonderful chilled holiday - the Villa is lovely, with space outside for shade or full blast sunshine - with a dip in the pool to cool you down.
The Villa is well fitted out - DVDs games, lovely lounge and good sized bedrooms.
We hired mopeds (transport is essential), visited Tesco a couple of times, but ate out every night in a different Restaurant on the sea front - 5 minutes away. The food was excellent wherever we went and very reasonable, as it is not known as a tourist area. Lots of Fish - especially the prawns.
Brad was always on hand if needed, which was great.
We would certainly recommend this to anyone who likes to do their own thing.

we spent 9 days here and were more than pleased with the villa it was absolutely spotless the only complaint we had was having to leave, Brad was a terrific host and always on hand for advice on where to eat and visit, the pool was briliant day and night completely private we have rented many villas in thailand now and this is so far the best we will definitely be back, if not buying one it is that good, on arrival we asked brad about motorbike rental, he had a bike delivered within ten minutes and the bike was picked up when we left what a service brilliant
his advice on where to eat and where to visit were spot on especially the many eating places 5 minutes from the villa, Wons small bar/shop was very handy for the basics, bite to eat and a beer on our arrival a great big thankyou to Brad and hope to see you very soon.

HEAVEN....
We are still travelling as part of our 5 week holiday in Thailand and Malaysia. After leaving the villa on Monday we are already wishing our plans were more flexible so we could perhaps return within this holiday. Yes, it really is that good.
Brad arranged a taxi to pick us up in Bangkok and even telephoned the driver to speak to us and ask how the journey was going. He organized supplies for us and helped with information throughout our stay.
The place is spotless, and so well equipped. We own properties in Spain, which we rent, so wherever we stay I cant help but look with a critical eye, but everything here is perfect.
The house is very spacious and the pool is an absolute delight. We hired pushbikes. Im not the greatest cyclist, but the area is so flat, the bikes were just a lovely way to see the beautiful area. The village shop/restaurant/petrol station/bar , served us well during our stay. We enjoyed many a cool chang served with whatever was on offer ,at very very resonable prices.
Would we go back there? Certainly would, maybe in a couple of weeks if we can change our plans !!!!

Had a lovely time at the villa with my wife and three children. I have already recommended it to friends and will return myself. We have stayed in many similar villas in the area over the past 8 years and I would say this is probably the best, cant fault it it any way. The owners live right across the street and are very nice and helpful. Lovely pool, western kitchen, comfortable beds, Hua Hin 20 minute drive. Excellent value for money.

My son and I were very pleased with our stay at Pak Nam Pran and with the property. It was understandably slow, because it is off-season, but we made the trip to relax and that we did. Having the pool was very much a plus and we were able to cool off outdoors in and have fun. The description of the property is very accurate and to get to the beach one has to take a Taxi. At the beach area there are there was enough of massage and food/beverage available. We enjoyed the food at Very Good restaurant. If you plan to stay most of the time on the property, make sure you stock up with the food/drink essentials at the Tesco which is accessible also by Taxi. The owners, the Bradleys, were absolutely wonderful during our stay very helpful and responsive to out questions and needs.

We returned a couple of days from a fantastic 3 week stay at Sonia and Brads superbly spacious, confortable and impeccably maintained villa. The villa is situated in a quiet location in a small friendly rural village only a short distance from a large deserted sandy beach, in a totally unspoilt part of Thailand.
You can drive for miles without seeing another car, only the odd one or two strange looking cows.
There are several nice restaurants a short drive away, our favourite being The Viva in Pak Nam Pran owned by Wolfgang and his lovely wife Bud.
Our holiday was a memorable experience and we look forward to returning to see Sonia and Brad, we arrived as clients and left as good friends.

Returned home from this villa yesterday and wish we were still there today, what a fantastic holiday we had. The villa was spotless and very well equipped for all our holiday needs,as well as being comfortable and welcoming,a real home from home. The villa sits in a small but very friendly village with beautiful views. The owners Sonia and Brad organised us a pick-up for our 2 weeks stay at a very good price and we would recommend anyone who rents the villa to do the same. The beach is minutes away and has many places to eat and drink and all the locals made us feel very welcome.Having a pick-up allowed to travel to the National forest where we stared in awe at the stunning scenery which led the beaches where again you can find food ,boat trips and caves or just relax and take in the views. We will have no hesitation recommending the villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in this area of Thailand. We thank Sonia and Brad for all their help in making our holiday a trip to remember ,nothing seemed to any trouble for them. A special thank you to Sonia for the gravy granules ,saving our Sunday dinner from disaster :) Neil+Wanda Lee ,Hull,UK

This is an excellent spacious property in superb condition, very nicely presented and equipped with 2 large en-suite bedrooms both with patio doors opening onto the rear garden. This large area contained a beautiful outdoor covered patio with cane furniture and a great pool area. The added bonus is that the owners live across the street and are fantastic, a lovely couple, very helpful, not intrusive at all and cant do enough for you. The villa is tucked away in a quiet area but is perfectl for a relaxing holiday. A 5 Star property.

This was like a holiday with family but without any of the stress and drama!!This was one of the loveliest places that we as a family have stayed. The accommodation was outstanding and what a luxury to have a pool and still have beautiful beaches just down the road. The real difference was made by the Owners Sonia and Brad who were so welcoming and able to accommodate our every need before we had even thought of it!!! The house was beautiful and well kept and everything was kept to the highest standard. The house keeping was incredible value for money, fried rice around the corner which was brilliant! Thankyou again for having our family Sonia and Brad we and the kids will never forget it and will be saving our pennies to come back to visit as soon as possible!!!!

Beautiful villa property in a Thai village, with lovely neighbours.
Great owners who were very helpful, showed us around, explained where the local shops, resturants & bars are. Owners gave us contacts for taxis and phone numbers for tour trips and told us about local site seeing areas.
Pool, House and Garden are very clean.
Villa in a quiet location but only 5 minutes drive from small Thai bars and resturants.
Beach is 5 minutes drive also - where there were a selec tion of deck chairs, jet skis etc with food huts immediately next to the beach.
Location is a short taxi ride to Hua Hin where there are excellent bargins on the markets which are open at night, with a wide choice of resturants, bars, shops.
There are many different types of food available in this area- thai, english, pastas, pizzas.
Also in Hua Hin are chemists, boots, tescos, macdonalds.
Car hire is available which I recommend you speak to the villa owners about as they live there so will be able to advise you whats best.
The villa has air-con throughout so is lovely and cool after a long day in the sun.
There is a large patio area which is under cover over looking the pool area which is great when you want to shade from the sun.
Owners came regularly and cleaned pool and they organised a cleaner for us too, so didnt even have to lift a finger.
I would recommend this villa and my husband and I have returned here a few times now.
