Overall excellent value for money, Brilliant pool, Spacious clean accommodation. Patrick the owner was a great help in arranging transfers and welcome pack. Located in a nice quiet area close to good bus links only a 15minute ride to the old Town, there is a great supermarket within a 5min walk.

Absolutely immense! Best accommodation EVER! Great location, really secure, open plan, immaculately clean and pool was HUGE for a private one! Couldnt reccommend it highly enough... BOOK IF YOU CAN!

Excellent villa, particularly the pool area. Only reservation - 2 bathrooms was fine for 7 of us, but for 12, one more would be good. Covenient location - close to supermarket and bars and cafes but still quiet villa position. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the Villa in early June of 2011 and had a fantastic time. The pre-arrival assistance with transfers and advice was invaluable - we arrived early evening and our transfer driver took us to a supermarket to stock up on a few essentials. The accommodation was perfect for our party of seven adults with lots of living space and all the basic amenities you could need. The real joy was the outside space which was substantial with lots of sun beds and the largest and deepest pool Ive seen in a Villa. We took advantage of the barbecue area too. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. For nightlife a 10 minute walk takes you to "The Strip" which was brilliant with lots of bars catering for all groups and a really friendly party atmosphere. If your looking for a break away with the boys (or girls) then this place has everything. Although at the heart of the action the location means that you can enjoy peace and quiet whilst chilling by the pool taking in the Algarve sun during the day - highly recommended!

this villa is awesome!,myself and 10 other friends stayed here for 4 nights, the location is brilliant, and jimmy the genteleman who attended all our needs, was a great bloke.The villa has loads of space with a massive pool, again i stress, this is a fantastic locations, within walking distance of the bars and clubs.We left yesterday and we are already palling to return again next year, many thanks to jimmy and patrick for making our stay that all more enjoyable.

Excellent villa, brilliant location, not a single complaint, pool was cleaned on arrival and mid week. villa was spotless, and massive. clean towls provided aswell. not a single complaint excellent holiday.

"We stayed in Casa Das Amendoeiras In June 2010' for 1 week with a group of 10 people. On arrival we were met by the manager who showed us where everything was located. We arrived late in the afternoon and the Welcome pack helped.
This is a good size villa, with an excellent outside area. The villa was very clean, and the pool was cleaned whilst we stayed at the villa. It seems to be a well managed property. All the hedges and grass were kept well.
The villa is located in Albufeira Town, however this is quite a large resort and you will need transport to travel to the Old town. Having said this it is an easy walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The Strip the main area for nightlife is about 10 minutes walk away, and the nearest beach is also about 10 minutes walk.
I would definately recommend this villa to families, and I will be looking to book for next year"
