The apartments is located opposite the Aguapark Octopus, in Playa de la Américas, 1 km. from the Torviscas Playa, 15 km. from the International Airport Reina Sofía (Southern Tenerife), and 3 km. from Las Américas Golf Court. It is situated within a tropical garden in the warmest area of the island, and looking on fabulous views.
The resort has been thoroughly renovated during summer in 2004.
U-shaped low height building (three storeys) with gardens, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool for adults and for children, and a supermarket (open daily) which offers high quality products.

Activities

The Hotel has a wide tennis court with showers, a soccer field, and a wonderful playground, billiards, dart machines, ping-pong tables, air games, etc.
At the Front Desk you will find all kind of tours: mountain trips, bike trips, and trips by ship around the island, visits to the Botanic Garden of Puerto de la Cruz, etc.

The Apart Hotel presents a very careful gastronomic offer in the different restaurants located in the ground floor as well as in the proximities of the Hotel, such as the “Chinese Restaurant”, “El Molino Blanco” and the international food restaurant “Sol Malibú”. Inside, snack bars such as “Splash Bar” swimming pool bar and “Malibu terrace bar”.
The Hotel Front Desk is open 24 hours a day, and there is a service of money exchange available from 7 a.m. until 10.30 p.m.
We offer our clients a free transport service (Bus from Monday to Saturday, stopping at Torviscas Playa, Pueblo Canario and Verónicas).
We offer an Internet Service at the Front Desk, a self-service laundry and the service of “Malibu Supermarket”.
