OVERVIEW
The five star Emerald Beach Resort and Apartments is located in the black sea resort of Ravda, less than 15km from Bourgas airport and within minutes of the world heritage site of Nessebar. The complex consists of five independent buildings. The Emerald building with its three wings, Cashmere, Satin and Damask. The Madras Building and Ikat Building and two villas, all furnished to the highest standard in an oriental style to create a comfortable and luxurious environment. Set in a beautiful park, right next to a marvellous private beach, Emerald Resort offers a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. It also boasts the largest pool in Bulgaria, a fitness centre and health spar. Just beyond the gates of Emerald are the many and varied shops and restaurants of Ravda and for those with a livelier disposition the bright lights of Sunny Beach are only a five minute taxi ride from the complex.
SPORTS AND RECREATION
Occupying a total area of 2500sq.m (26000 sq ft) and claimed to be the largest in Bulgaria the Blue Lagoon outdoor swimming pool also contains water cascades, steps and shelves for fun in a unique design that also allows room for the more serious swimmer.
The Kids Pool is situated in Mowgli’s Corner next to the nursery and play equipment for the youngest guests.
Horizon Pool is a family swimming pool located between the Madras and Ikat buildings.
Indoor swimming pool - a 22m long heated swimming pool for year-round enjoyment.
Garden of Youth Wellness Centre - Providing many relaxation and recreation facilities - infrared sauna, message, solarium, steam room, ice room, Jacuzzi baths and fully equipped fitness gym.
The Emerald resort also has its own tennis courts, five aside football pitch, beach volley ball court and private beach.
BARS AND RESTAURNTS
Emerald has its own bars and restaurants.
Queen of Asia Restaurant - the main restaurant of the complex. It serves a variety of cuisine in separate dining rooms. A coffee bar adjoins and connects to the restaurant. Orders can be made a’ la carte or from the Chefs offering of full course menus.
Drakes Grill Bar - situated in the garden of the complex. The bar will offer you a large selection of tasty food, drinks and cocktails.
Magellan’s Grill Bar - with a beautiful sea view, next to the swimming pool. The bar will serve fresh fish or meat dishes for lunch or dinner, and a variety of small snacks between meals.
Nemo’s Pool Bar - on the territory of the Blue Lagoon swimming pool. The swim-in and dry-seat bar will offer cool drinks and exotic refreshments.
Scale the heights to the Open Sea Piano Bar (Cigar Bar), a lounge with a marvellous view of the Black Sea and of the old city of Nessebar.
