The apartment is situated in the new resort of Al Andalus just outside the town of Vera and less than 10 minUtes drive to the beaches of Garrucha, Vera Playa, and Mojacar.

The complex is very tastefully designed with communal lanDscaped gardens and large indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Security gated entrance driveway leads to a secure parking area. There are many communal areaS in the complex with benches, a childrens playground and pool to keep the little ones occupied.

The accommodation consists of : steps to the entrance door, good sized lounge with air conditioning, sofa, TV, stereo and dining area with seating for 4. Doors lead out to the balcony with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with shower / bath, wardrobe and leads to a viewing balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and adjacent to the second bathroom.





Locality
Within walking distance of the complex is a large Marcadona and bar. On the beach front, 10 minutes walk away, are restaurants, bars, small shopping complex and internet cafe. The town of VERA is 5 minutes drive away and boasts all amenities of a major town... and also includes a bull ring and a busy market on Saturdays If you do not wish to drive you can avail of the bus route to and from the main bus station in Vera to/from the apartment and to towns of Mojacar and Garrucha.

About 10 minutes drive in the other direction heading south is Garrucha, a bustling and lively fishing town that still retains much of its original spanish charm. It is famous for its "Garrucha prawns" and seafood caught fresh locally every day. Garrucha has amianificant beach and promenade with an excellent selection of cafes and bars with many superb seafood restaurants found along the seafront serving the fresh catch of the day. There is a weekly market on Fridays.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
