It is an ideal location for exploring the spectacular Bodrum peninsula, or for the keen golfer the perfect base for those wanting to combine relaxation and golfing activities as the new Bodrum and Vita Park Golf Clubs are only 15 & 25 minutes drive away at Ortakent and Tuzla Lake. Also ideally situated near to (1 minute walk) a large supermarket, and a 8 minute drive to the sea front promenade in Yalikavak town.

This Villa has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 comprises of a King size bed, large wardrobes, air conditioning unit, security safe,TV, DVD, ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to an outside covered balcony. Bedroom 2 comprises of two single beds, air conditioning unit, wardrobe, and patio doors leading to an outside covered balcony. Bedroom 3 comprises of two single beds, ceiling fan, wardrobe. Mosquito nets are fitted to all doors and windows. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a sink and a WC. There is a very spacious lounge / dining room that comfortably seats six, with a designer corner sofa and large pouffe, glass dining table, satellite TV and CD/DVD player. The downstairs toilet room is fully tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect from a property of this quality
The lounge has patio doors looking onto a spacious covered terrace and out over the breathtaking view of the surrounding country side; there is a large tiled terrace which has furniture suitable for alfresco dining. The outdoor furniture comprises of 5 sunbeds, dining table and 6 chairs and a BBQ. From the terrace you have wonderful of the flowers and shrubs which add colour to the spacious lawned area which surrounds the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, cold water dispenser, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes drier, ironing board and iron. A hair dryer is also provided for guests use. The owner has supplied cutlery, crockery, glassware, pans and cooking utensils.
There is an additional WC and wash basin, access is via the entrance hall.
Please bring your own beach/swimming pool towels.
This Villa is air conditioned throughout to provide cool air in the summer and warm air in the autumn/winter months and is furnished to a very high standard to ensure your total comfort.
Property management will ensure that all linen and towels are changed weekly and the apartments are thoroughly cleaned at each changeover.
Access to the Villa is by paved paths which are illuminated at night, the entrance is at the side of the property at ground level.

Yalikavak dubbed as the St Tropez of the Bodrum Peninsula
Yalikavak is situated on the Aegean Coast and has a wonderful climate characterised with hot summers and mild winters. The summer season is from May to late September, with temperatures from 26°C in May up to 34°C in July and August.
Yalikavak is rarely seen in travel brochures and remains an exclusive getaway for the discerning traveller. It is renowned for superb sunsets and its unspoiled shoreline and safe sparkling clean sea.
Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery on the Bodrum peninsula, the relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for those who want to experience the "real turkey”, providing simple authentic local life at low prices. Home to fishermen and sponge divers, and a haven for yachts. The small harbour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants, the charming village square is a popular meeting place with its many authentic coffee houses and its here along one of the cobbled streets where you can do a spot of shopping, in the traffic free centre, and every week on a Thursday it hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum Peninsula.
Yalikavak is also ready to greet guests from the sea, with its luxurious new marina. The marina is constructed with an ultimate understanding of design, provides a high level of protection for the boats and offers its many foreign guests everything a five star resort can provide the marina also has some interesting attractions such as diving, a sailing school and a large amphitheatre for musical productions. Yalikavak is dubbed the St Tropez of the Bodrum peninsula you can also walk along the sea front on a 4 mile flat promenade which is pedestrianised and take in the wonderful scenery and tranquil surroundings.
For the keen golfer Olive Tree Gardens will be the perfect base for those wanting to combine relaxation and golfing activities as the new Vita Park Golf Courses are only 25 minutes drive away towards the airport, at Tuzla Lake. Vita Park promises to be one of the top PGA golf locations in the world. The area of Tuzla Lake is a famous natural sanctuary for birds and a paradise of flora and fauna, especially in the spring.
In Yalikavak you will also find: sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, Gullet Cruises from one to seven days can be arranged, and the local aqua park is 20/25 minutes by car.
The cosmopolitan town of Gumbet and Bodrum are only 20-25 minutes drive away or a Dolmus (local bus) can be taken from the bus station in the centre of Yalikavak.
Those wishing to venture a bit further might like to take the ferry across from Bodrum to the Greek island of Kos.
There are many land based places to visit. These include Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the world, the stunning pools at Pamukkale, the royal rock tombs at Dalyan, the temple of Apollo at Didim or St. Peters Castle, built by the crusaders, in Bodrum itself.
