We booked this villa for April next year for a family wedding and paid the deposit in January. My sister owns another villa on the same development and just by chance someone happened to say to her that this villa had be rented out for a year. We had not been informed that this had happened until we made a complaint. If we had not found this out ourselves we would have turned up with no accommodation. The villa has still not been blocked out for the year and I have reported this to villa renters. I would never recommend this villa unless it was 100% guaranteed they would honour my booking.

The property itself is well facilitated and there is a management office to look after us when we were having any problem of the house during our stay. We still had a great time despite the fact that there was problem with water supply- we needed to order water from water truck and thats the main inconvenience. But other than that, all other things met our expectation.
If the water supply proble is fixed, we woll like to rent atain as the house is of good value of money !

We had a great time staying at the villa- it has good facilities, especially a clubhouse providing a gym, a large communal pool and a restaurant. Although unlikely, the fridge and the dishwasher broke down during our stay, we were however pretty well looked-after. The residents in the community were also very friendly.
The only drawback is that its a bit farther away from town. Yet, we will come back for our next holiday and will also recommend it to our friends!
