I just want to say thanks for a great stay in your house this summer! We had an excellent time. The house was perfect for us and so was the pool!

A perfect and spacious property for my wife and I plus 4 more adults and 4 children. The property and swimming pool are fenced so quite safe for children. Well equipped. Met the owner and manager on several occasions who were friendly and helpful at all times.

We have just returned from this villa. Our party comprised 8 adults aged between 19 and 60 and the villa was ideal for an extended family holiday or perhaps two families holidaying together. It is extremely spacious and well equipped, lots of little extras you dont expect, such as the welcome drinks, bicycles, computer with internet access, kitchen bulging with every gadget imaginable, magnificent outdoor dining area and log fired barbeque, also fitness area with gym equipment. The private pool is beautiful and the area is quiet, surrounding properties are occupied by Portuguese people who are either using them as second homes or commute to Lisbon which is a 20 minute drive, so a good safe trouble free area.
Yves the manager very helpful and met us on arrival. We didnt hire cars so he recommended a reliable taxi driver - ask Yves to arrange transfers if you dont take a car as the Lisbon taxi drivers dont know the Verdizela area very well. There is a bus service to the beach, 3 miles away, long stretch of sand. It would be sensible to hire a car but we were all glad of a relaxing break away, and taxis worked out for us, it cost about the same as hiring a couple of cars. There is a small selec tion of shops and a couple of snack bars within a couple of minutes walk.
All in all a great holiday in a beautiful property.

If you are considering renting this property, with a large family or, as I did, for my 30th with 10 friends, I can only say two words. Do it. The property looks good enough in the photos, but when we arrived it blew our expectations. From the start, I booked this 6 months before our holiday. An efficient, very polite and helpful lady, Ana Rebotin, constantly answered quickly via email, any concerns or queries I had, it was a very good service. On arriving to the property, it staggers. A gentleman called Yves, quickly greeted us and gave us a short tour and soon just left us to enjoy our holiday.
The villa itself has everything. Our group had many nights sat round drinking together, as well as split with some in the pool, some playing table tennis or basketball, to just laying in the sun, it caters for all moods. Within 5 minutes is a small precinct with a couple of cafe type bars. The people speak English, are very friendly and welcoming and the beer is cheap! If I had to put one bad thing down, it would be that a car is a must. There is a supermarket in 5 mins drive but too far to walk. However, this is not a reflection on the property itself, and is just easier to check out the beaches, (10 mins drive) and worth taking a drive into Lisbon city. I couldnt recommend this property more and throughout the holiday, several of our party were already talking of wanting to re-book for next year. From start to finish, booking to leaving, this property and management are an absolute pleasure. You will not be disappointed.
