General Information

Light, airy and very spacious 3 bedroom ground floor corner apartment located on the prestigious Mar Menor Golf Resort.

Each bedroom has its own terrace will lovely views over the golf course. The bedrooms are set out as: Mater bedroom with super king size bed (can be split into a twin) with full Ensuite bathroom and terrace overlooking pool. Bedroom 2 is a double with terrace overlooking the course and bedroom 3 has a pair of bunk beds and a single bed with terrace overlooking the course.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are served by a shower room and toilet.

The exceptionally large lounge has plenty of seating, TV with satellite, DVD and play station to keep the children happy. The full length patio doors lead onto the very large terrace with direct access to the large communal pool.

The Large terrace has large table and chairs for al fresco dining along with sun beds and chairs. There is also a gas BBQ

The apartment benefits from full air conditioning, the bedrooms also have additional ceiling fans.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a breakfast bar with stools.

Located in the first block of apartments, it is an easy 10 minute stroll to El Boulevard with a number of great bars and restaurants including the Rock & Roll Circus for live music and the Mombassa Café for an African experience, there is also a very good Tapas restaurant, Italian and traditional Spanish restaurant serving local dishes

The stunning beaches of the Mar Menor are just 10 minutes drive away, the warm shallow waters are perfect for families of all ages, many water sports are also available and due to the calm waters the area is perfect to try out something new such as kite surfing and wind surfing.

Los Alcazares is also only a 10 minute drive away with many bars, shops and restaurants catering for all tastes.

The historic Roman naval city of Cartagena is just 30 minutes drive and is a must for all, relax with a drink in the large marina watching the boats come and go, wander the narrow streets with fabulous architecture or visit the amazing Roman amphitheatre.
