The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

A perfect home for our 10 day stay, in a perfect location. The owner, Andrew, could not have been more helpful in advance of our stay, providing lots of useful information, and ensuring all the arrangements went smoothly. Richard & Anita Burton.

We thought the property was ideal for us (4 adults & 2 children) Plenty of space both inside & outside. The location suited us we had the swimming pools to ourselves most days including the super white sand beach. The food was OK at the site but as Cha-Am was only 10 mins we ate mainly in the town. The bar b que sea bass in the fish market was superb & excellent value for money as was virtually all the resraurants we visited. Would definitely pay a repeat visit.

Dear Just to say thank you so much for this beautiful house. We had wonderful stay in CHA AM not only because of the city but as well of the good house you offered us. Everything was spotless, clean, everything in order , the picture of presentation was exactly as we found it. It is not the first time I rented houses thru this web site but it is the first time that I get exactly what was written THANKS We will definitely back next year
