Beautiful peaceful Apartment with superb accommodation and panoramic views

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and comprises a large terrace area, a lounge with a kitchen/breakfast bar, a family bathroom with a shower unit, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin).

The apartment accommodates up to a maximum of 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has Air-conditioning which keeps the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter.

The apartment has a large terrace with a built in BBQ area ideal for an evening meal watching the sunset, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, and a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and has breathtaking sea view over two bays. The complex comprises 60 units has a ¾ size Olympic swimming pool, children's play area, and has its own restaurant/bar, and basic food items can also be purchased in the restaurant/bar.

There is a dolmus bus that runs regularly into the village of Gumusluk and to the beach. Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, scuba diving and shopping areas.

All linen and towels are changed weekly and the Villa is thoroughly cleaned at each changeover. Towels are provided in all Bedrooms.

Notes

Myndos Hills is one of 60 newly-built villas in the Myndos Hills complex on the Bodrum Peninsula. It is a largely English speaking complex just outside the pleasant fishing village of Gumusluk. The complex overlooks the Aegean sea and spectacular views are to be found all along the coast. There is a secluded beach a few minutes from the villa. On the complex there is a swimming pool including a shallow children's paddle pool, a restaurant/bar, and two small shops with food and essential items. Five minutes walk away there is another restaurant/café with a breathtaking view of the Myndos valley. A minibus service called the Dolmus regularly circles the Bodrum peninsula. It's a great way to discover the island and all the villages and towns of the area, such as Turgutreis, Yalikavak, Bodrum.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

On behalf of all my family I just want to thank you so very much for the lovely home we had for our vacation in Koh Samui. It was just ideal. Private, quiet, and just a great place to hang out and relax from the hectic pace of life in our part of the world. It was a blessing for all of us. We had a GREAT stay at Maleesalan. A Beautiful Place and Mike & Jacqui (Managers) were Excellent (Very Helpful, but very out of site and unimposing). Try Nigels Pizza & Catering, very good and he speaks English. Also use Amys massaage for home visits round the pool (0866 857152

We had a truly relaxing holiday in this wonderful villa, plenty of things to do and and plenty of time to relax in luxurious surroundings. We had a superb holiday in this Villa in February this year, the accommodation is top class, and the kitchen was equipped to an extraordinary high standard.
