The townhouse is spacious and modern and is a real home from home, sleeping up to 9 people in comfort with four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and one bedroom comes complete with satellite TV and free english channels.OutsideThis gated complex offers two swimming pools and a tennis court, for private use of the complex only, so you can enjoy all the swimming and tennis you want, without the crowds.There are miles of wonderful sandy beaches to enjoy, most of them blue flag, with plenty of bars and restaurants overlooking the spectacular sea views.Local AreaThis is a fantastic area of real Portugal to explore. The fishing villages of Peniche and Nazare are all close by and the fresh fish is fantastic. Close to the complex is one of the best go karting tracks which is not expensive and a great evenings fun for all the family. Only 20 minutes away you can find the International show jumping arena Vimero where top show jumpers perform.The countryside around Lourinha is dotted with beautiful windmills particularly around Moita dos Ferreiros, only 9 kilometres from Lourinha. Lourinha has also produced a brandy, Aguardente da Lourinha, that has been used for 200 years in port wine production of some of the best ports. The brandy is comparable in quality to the French Cognacs and Armagnac. There are a number of top quality golf courses nearby Praia del Rey 15min drive, Campo Real 25min, Penha Longa 50min and Golden Eagle 55min. Proudly presented as the largest cultural and leisure space of Portugal, the Estoril Casino is also the largest of its kind in Europe as well as the oldest Casino in Portugal.
