The top floor has a further two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double size bed and own balconies with an amazing mountain views. The entrance (middle floor of villa) and the living area is on the first floor containing a fully fitted kitchen, dining, and living area, including a further WC. The garden has a 30 sqm private swimming pool, kid’s paddling pool and a built-in BBQ.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops in the Ovacik which are all within a 5-10 mins while Hisaronu can be reached on foot, bus or short taxi ride.
-The villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends enjoying a vacation in style and in a superb location. The villa is built over a large private 500sqm of garden.

We had a perfect 10 days here at the villa. It is completely perfect! The villa has everything you could possibly need and the sunsets were just beautiful every evening! Could not fault it!

We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Akaysa Villa in Ovacik. The villa is beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in the pictures! The property has been decorated to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need (except for a bedside lamp - but I have already fed that back to the owner). It is in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the mountains in the background. We could lay by the pool each day and just soak up the silence (even though there were villas all around). There were several bars / restaurants near by, with the busier Hisaronu just 5 minutes away by taxi. There was a button just outside the villa in order to summon a taxi! Genius! It was 12TL by taxi to Hisaronu. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk and the fare was 1.90TL - so the taxi was reasonable as there were 6 of us. I can honestly say that we did not have a bad meal whilst there. I had a particularly good pizza at the Milky Way and the Sun Trap in Hisaronu was also a favourite. Other highlights were the Jeep Safari and Nicholas Beach in Olu Deniz - will put more detailed review on Trip Advisor as I guess this is supposed to be about the villa itself.
