A small private terrace can be used for dining, or just taking in the scenery. Guests staying in the apartment also have access to the rest of the beautifully maintained landscape gardens, 3 swimming pools and numerous other facilities.The local beach and fishing harbour is opposite the apartment and just a short 5 minute walk. Most other amenities including shops, bars and restaurants are available in Esentepe, which is within easy driving distance. More serious shopping is available in Kyrenia which is only 25 minutes away by car. The local village is a 5 minute drive from the apartment and is a quiet unspoilt traditional style Cypriot village. The village has grown rapidly over the last few years and is now a popular place to live with inhabitants attracted by the nearby sandy beaches the wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other services. There are several miles of unspoilt beaches, described by many as the cleanest in the Mediterranean with an average temperature of 24ºC between May and October. The famous Turtle Beach is only a 5 minute drive away with its golden sands that stretch for miles.
