Definately the best we have stayed in,. This was our 6th visit to florida.
The villa was very spacious -a home from home plus more.
Pool was lovely with a spacious outside area overlooking the waterways.
Didnt want to come home -hoping for a revisit soon.

This was my 3rd visit and we spent christmas 2009 at the villa and what a fantastic time we had .Weather was superb and the villa is the most relaxing place in the world .We have booked again to go back in mid July 2010 it is simply a joy to spend time in your villa and "be warned you will not want to come home"

It is dificult to add anything original that has not been written already about this superb villa.
Everything about it is absolutely excellent - space, location, furnishings and fittings and every extra you can think of plus a few more.
We had a fantastic three weeeks here and felt completely at home which is not the usual case in a rental property. We have stayed in many properties around Europe and the USA and this is the best by far.
Rotonda, and the surrounding area takes some getting used to at first but is quickly overcome and the choice of golf, beaches and dining out places is hard to beat.
Overall with the golf cards this is an unbeatable package - just go and enjoy!!

of all the villas i have rented over the past few years this is by far the best for cleaness and presentation ideal outlook and peacefullness and very spacious with loads of ameneties supplied for us to use and the golf cards were well used

The initial impact of the villa was breathtaking and the childrens faces when we walked in told it all. The Villa had everything and more that anyone would need for a relaxing holiday as well as extras that really helped us to enjoy the holiday further e.g cool box, beach chairs etc.
The bedrooms were stunning and obviously so much thought had gone into creating them.
The free UK calls were a real bonus as was the cable package.

This was our second visit to the property and it was better than the first, the owners have improved the holiday experience even more with an excellent golf package and improved games area......we are already looking to book our next trip.

This was an amazing villa in a superb location. The owners have thought of everything to make a holiday home feel like home. The photo's are great but the reality is so much better, the villa has a fantastic feel to it. The only drawback is that you have to leave it!! If you are looking to rent a villa you won't find one much better than this one. It's beautiful and the area is so peaceful and relaxing with beautiful beaches not to far away. Can't wait to go back.

The villa is absolutely perfect! We had a fantastic week there, and have no complaints at all... The owners really did think of everything to make the villa home from home, with many little touches like candles in the bathrooms and dvd's to watch. The information folder was invaluable too. The management company were very helpful and friendly, even the local alligator didnt bite!
If your thinking of booking this villa, do it! You wont regret it.

we had a great time. the villa was fabulous and to be honest exceeded our expectations. everything you could possibly want was there for you to use. the villa is in a nice quiet residential area with facilities close by for shopping entertainment and food etc. the kids had a great time and enjoyed the wildlife especially ally the gator who visited us numerous times. we would also like to say how very grateful we are to you both for all your help prior to our visit. we never thought we'd get there!

We have been to Florida every year for the past 6 years and stayed in various villas an the Gulf Coast.
This villa is the best yet! The location is fantastic and the Furnishings, deco and amenities provided by the renter makes this villa a 5*****+ plus accomodation. Its, clean, well presented and spacious! Fabulous!
We are already booking our next stay after 2 days back in the UK. We will recommend this Beautiful Villa to anyone with good taste!

Recommend a minimun two weeks stay at this Luxurious Villa in such a peaceful environment, it is nice to return in the evening and relax in the pool, after exploring the coastal towns and beaches, from the Everglades to Tampa Bay.

Fantastic villa in good relaxing location, Excellent for golfers spoilt for choice which coarse to play, decent resturants are at least 30mins drive but well worth the journey, unless theres one waiting to be discovered by you!!!

The villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the water which gave us an opporunity to see lots of wildlife. Inside the villa is furnished to a very high standard and had everything we needed to make our holiday really special.

We have been to Florida in villas for many years, all have been good but this villa far exceeded all previous ones we have stayed in. Everything we needed, and more, was there.
From the moment we first entered the property to the moment we left we were astounded at the presentation, equipment, quality, room sizes and space.
We are already recommending this villa to friends and acquaintances.
The sooner we can return the better.
