Our holiday home in Spain is indeed the ideal location from which you can plan all your trips and sporting escapades: the tennis court is merely a stone's throw away from the villa and after a few minutes’ drive you’re at the golf course and diving center Mundo Azul.

.....*Since you can also opt for a holiday that oozes culture by renting a car to further explore the island of Ibiza and pay a visit to the hippie market for instance, which is about a few minutes drive away from the villa. Be sure to be on the lookout for traditional feasts and other local folkloric festivities as well!

.....*Want to relax and recharge your batteries? A yoga session on one of the villa’s terraces will prove to be an instant boost to your energy level! Sunsets have never looked so inspiring and reviving!

OFFICIAL TOURIST RENTAL LICENSE:
You’ll also find that we have a tourist rental license for our villa, issued by the Tourism Association of Ibiza. Balearic police really go out of their way to fight fraud and ban crooks. That’s why tourist inspectors see to it that everything is adapted to the required standards and signal any problems. Since we have a license for our villa, your privacy is guaranteed during your stay and you can safely enjoy a carefree holiday without being disturbed!

We have a license number VT-0272-E, issued by the Tourism Association of Ibiza. This number is registered with "Tourism-Ibiza and Formentera".
The VAT is 10% (as in the hotels)
