On site there is a food shop, restaurants and bar as well as sports facilities where summer camps are often run for holiday makers booking advisable details given on request as well as a full 18 hole golf course and driving range.

Condado del Alhama is situated only a 30 minute drive from the blue flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo where you will find a new marina with restaurants offering a wide range of food from French, Moroccan and Spanish. There are also many bars offering late night drinks and cocktails holding music nights and entertainment.

Cartagena is only a 20 minute drive where you will find many historical sites like the Roman Amphitheater and the bull ring to museums of a nautical nature with the first built submarine.

Murica is the nearest largest city and only a 40 minute drive where there are large shopping retail parks, cinemas and the water park and zoo worth a day trip. If you fancy a day out shopping then i recocmmend visiting the Nuevo Conaminia which is the retail park nearest the Murcia footbal stadium.
