The house is uniquely designed for the hillside, which means it is built in two levels with level-differences with an large boulder built inside.

170 m² house-area which is 70 m² sun terraces, one on the ground floor and one on top
floor. Half of the terrace on the top floor is under roof with a nice and comfy lounge sofa.
The ground floor has a large open plan, with living-room and kitchen.
Two spacious bedrooms. One on 1st floor and one on 2nd floor. Each bedroom with one big bed (king-size and queen-size), air-conditioning and fans.
One bathroom with shower and toilet.
One TV-room on the 2nd floor with a two-sleeps sofa-bed, HDTV and DVD.
Free access to WiFi. Sheets is included in rent. Towel can be purchased by our staff for 250 Baht.

Water and electricity consumption needs to be paid to our staff on Koh Tao before check-out.

Last 100 meter of the road up to the house is uphill and requires a stronger moped,
motorcycle or ATV. But of course you can walk or take a taxi to the house.


Koh Tao is an small island in the Gulf of Thailand with great diving and snorkeling. All around Koh Tao you will find beautiful beaches access by taxi-boat, taxi, walking or motorbike. Lots of dive centers and dive sites can be found around the island. Variety of good Thai-food, European and Asian-food. Lots of shops, free from annoying salesman. A real paradise Island.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
