Our apartment has great facilities including a main outdoor pool, a children's pool, a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a gym! Also, it is conveniently located in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk from Lagos historic old town with the historic buildings, restaurants and bars.
Also, only 5 minutes walk is Lagos Marina with access to more restaurants as well as watersports and boat trips. The apartment is just 12 minutes walk from the beautiful Meia Praia beach which is 5km long and it is also just 1 minute walk from a sizeable supermarket for all of your food and drink.
Our apartment overlooks the well-tended gardens, with palm trees and shrubs. The gardens also offer a safe children's playground with soft matting. There is one main outdoor adult pool and a smaller child pool next to it. Next to these pools, there is another heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi next to it. Also, there is a gym room and toilets and showers.
Very conveniently, on one corner of the building, there is a small casual restaurant serving great drinks and good food. Also, there are dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of our apartment.
The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony looking over the gardens and pool and is great for a drink, meals or sunbathing. There is a large lounge with TV and DVD, leading off the lounge is the large balcony.
The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and large built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is clean, stylish and well-appointed including a large bath. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
Our apartment is great for up to 2 Adults and up to 2 Children (making use of a camp bed and/or our sofa bed), ideal for a family four. We can offer a travel cot on request. On your arrival, we know you’ll appreciate being greeted by our friendly manager, who’ll be able to answer any of your immediate questions and will leave your free welcome food pack to see you through to your first shop.

To keep the apartment clean and fresh for all our guests, we do insist on no smoking in the apartment and no pets. Linen and towels are included (apart from baby cot linen) and cleaning is carried out once a week. There is ample parking just metres away from the entry door. Access to the apartment is either by lift or stairs - the choice is yours!
Enjoy the beautiful gardens or dozens of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away. For golfers, there are the challenges of 6 local courses! With over 300 days of sun a year, our superbly located apartment is the place for your perfect family holiday, a romantic escape or your golfing base.
The apartment is located about 75km from Faro airport and takes just under an hour by motorway. Most people hire a car at Faro airport, but you can take a taxi or minibus (sharing with other holiday makers) or even take the train to Lagos and take a taxi or bus from there.
Full details of directions will be sent prior to your stay. Having a car for your holiday is not essential as our apartment is in walking distance from so many locations. Main Beaches: Meia Praia beach is 700m away, the world famous Praia da Dona Ana beach is about 1.5km away. Historic Culture: Lagos historic old town is about 400m away and is surrounded by a 16th century wall and has many restaurants.
There is the 17th century fortress to visit, along with the 15th century slave market building and some beautiful churches. Other places to visit: - Cabo de Sao Vincente and castle (“the end of the world”) - Sagres and Ponta de Sagres (most south westerly point in Europe) - Rugged west coast with secluded beaches – national park area - Monchique and surrounding mountains - Alvor fishing town - Silves and its Moorish fort.
To ensure a happy and trouble-free holiday, we do want to draw your attention to a few things regarding the rental of our apartment: We recommend that you arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for your personal belongings and personal injury. You are responsible at all times for supervision of your guests around the pool and balcony areas. We also ask that renters are at least 25 years old. For the benefit of all holidaymakers, we request respectful behaviour. All utility costs are included, though we kindly request ecological use of these. We hope you understand our detailing of these requirements.
