Quiet, sunny and beautifully located 3-br apartment in central Barcelona

The apartment is a 90 m2 apartment (around 1000 sq. feet), with 2 double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom, plus 2 bathrooms. The living-room is large and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necessary to cook, laundry machine and dishwasher. The place is very quiet and comfortable and it has lots of closet space.

There is WiFi internet, TV, DVD, HiFi, air conditioned and programable heating.

The apartment is in the Eixample area in Barcelona, close to Diagonal Avenue, the area where the locals live. It's one block away from a Metro station, and from several bus stops. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same block (and more in the area), plus a fresh food market only one block away. There is also a hospital and a university college very close to it (which makes public transportation easy and plentyful). A park for small children is only 1 minute away.

The location is very central, so it's easy to get to all major attractions in the city (10 minutes walk to Paseo de Gracia, with its Gaudi buildings, for example, or 3 metro stops to the Sagrada Familia or Barcelona football stadium). At the same time, it's safe and quiet (due to its orientation).

Beautifully located, very close to the metro, wich leaves you anywhere in town very easily. Lots of light, great living room, lovely bedrooms and a great kitchen with anything one might need. Everything was very clean and the owner was very helpful!

Apartment is convieniently located near to shops & the Metro. You can stroll into the city centre by foot (takes approx 30-40 minutes). The Apartment has all modern facilities i.e. Microwave, Oven, Gas Hob, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, 2 Bathrooms, and Air-Conditioning. We found the apartment very comfortable, relaxing & well maintained.
