We stayed two weeks at the villa and enjoyed it a lot, it was very fresh and clean, beautiful interior. but there are some minuses, like the garden is small, the swimming pool is too small, although on pictures it looked big. the cleaning lady never came once a week. i recommend to go to that villa, just one should know these things before hands.

We stayed at this villa in August 2011. The villa is beautiful and very well maintained I would definately recommend this. A car is essential as there is very little nearby. Pool was lovely but not heated. Off the beaten track with other villas close by. One or two villas still being built nearby so a little building noise, not enough to disturb us though.

Excellent newly built villa with all modern facilities standing in its own plot with a fantastic view over the countryside and its own pool and barbeque area.
Ideal for chilling out type holiday or great base for exploring.
Easy access to Varna and its airport, shops, and facilities.
Less than 30 minutes from Golden Sands .
Local amenities include restaurants, shops, and bars.
Golfing within 45 minute drive of lighthouse and black sea rama championship standard courses.
Have been 3 times already and would throughly reccomend its great value for money.
