The idylic tranquility of the Karst hamlet is just a short drive away from the Adriatic coast and the Slovene and Italian Mediteranean towns and its arthistorical treasures.

The villa --located on the edge of a typical Karst hamlet-- has two gardens on two levels, offering an open view on the adjacent forrest and fields. The premises and gardens provide peace and tranquility.

On the upper level there's a wide variety of Mediterranean flowers and plants. A mulberry, walnut and kaki tree, as well as an overhanging vine offer a pleasant shade during the summer heat. Under the walnut tree there's a large stone table for eight persons.
On the lower level garden there's a fig and a kiwi tree, a green garden, lavender bushes, and an open green grass area.

On the ground level of the house there's a living/dining room with a table for six persons; a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, dishwasher, oven,...); and an entrance hall.
On the top level of the house there are two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and a children's bed (mattress length 160cm); the other, a duplex, with 2 X 2 beds on both levels) and a bathroom (with a shower, two lavabo's, a toilet and a bidet). Both bedrooms have direct access to a long walk-on balcony.

The renovation of the villa has received critical acclaim in the specialized architecture press.

In the villa there's a wide variety of unique memorabilia and antiques, which the owners bought over the years on the Ljubljana and neighbouring regional Italian flea-markets.

NOTE: The property is composed of two separate buildings (offered separately: property 87338 and 79543) which can also be rented together (property 87320). Each building is fully equipped and can offer comfort for two families.
In the garden there is a large stone table (see photos), an outdoor kitchen, a two-level "tower", a lower-level garden and an additional third garden on the west side of house. All this make the villa a peaceful, tranquil and relaxed green environment for your enjoyment.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
