Can de l’Ausina is a pretty and spacious 3 bedroom stone clad villa, situated in a privileged position only 3 kms from the old town of Pollensa and surrounded by the mountains which form the scenic "Sierra de Tramuntana".
This villa has 2 floors, on the ground floor the main entrance and hallway is accessed via the covered terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room with television and DVD, there is also a bathroom with shower and utility room which can be accessed from the exterior.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other 2 which have a double bed in each and one of these also offers a terrace with beautiful mountsain views. All three bedrooms share a fully fitted bathroom.
At the front of the property there is a large lawned area surrounding the pool and lovely mountain views. A built in BBQ along with the covered terrace are perfect for dining al fresco
