The Apartments are nice and clean. A lot of space and also in terms of interior e.g. Kitchen stuff to work with, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms!

This is a great family apartment right on the beach with excellent facilities for families, a good stop off for a few nights on the way to the West of Ireland

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel upgraded us to a larger holiday villa which was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing break on the beach.

The accommodation was great. We were only there for a weekend but it would definitely suit for a longer stay as all the amenities would make it very comfortable. We had a sea view which I would also recommend as it was wonderful. We were there during a midterm break and it was full of children which our toddler was very happy with. However, if you were looking for a romantic break away it is not the place to go. However, if you have children it is perfect and completely geared to keepingt hem happy.

Great value because of free use of a really good swimming pool and gym.
The appartments were clean and each bedroom had an en-suite or a bathroom attached.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was delighted with the property it met my expectations the apartment was very spacious and kept to a very high standard I would recommend to a friend the facilities were very good also the food was lovely in the bar and good value the only fault I would have was that it was hard to get a seat in the evening as it was very busy I will definetly return the 2 days wasnt long enough

The only problems we had were:
The phone messages left for us were not delivered for hours. Also, people would call when we were in the room and the phone would not ring.
The bed sheets were not changed for the 2 weeks were there.

What a deal! I cannot say enough about the apartment - perfect for our needs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - provided us in minutes with anything we requested (extra cups, cot bed, etc.) The place is spotless and the facilities are excellent - great for kids and adults! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Very comfortable and clean, it even had a dishwasher. We have stayed there before and would stay again. There is a bar with entertainment laid on in the adjoining hotel, very handy, saves having to drive elsewhere.
Highly recommended.

The propery was very clean and nicely decorated. The only point i can make was i thought the apartment was closer to Youghal, this is not a complaint.
The idea for the holiday was to take the grandson away to be close to a beach, in this respect the apartment was perfect.
We all had a good time. thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the apartments at Quality Hotel. The room was lovely, very spacious and had all mod cons. We used the gym, pool, sauna etc and the kids really enjoyed themselves too. Could not fault it one bit, will definetly be back again soon!!

The property was very good however it would have saved diapointment if on arrival it had been explained that the booked seaview appartment was not available due to a birst pipe. It took 2 days to find out why we were not in the booked property though there was an offer to move us later in the week which we declined being settled into the appartment provided.

A good choice for a family holiday, especially with the use of the leisure centre and pool - a great hit with the kids.
From our visits to similar hotels in other countries, we did expect complimentary tea/coffee/milk at our apartment and teatowels/dishcloths and dishwasher powder to be available.

First impressions were a worn carpet that looked shabby however, when we had got used to that everything else about the appartment was very good. Well laid out with excellent sea view as requested. We would go back. Bar food not that great - only tried it once. Also DVD player in room would not work. I did ask about it but still waiting!! Also it took me a few days to get an iron.
Staff very friendly

My wife and I asked for clean towels on four differant occasions, but not once did we receive any clean towels.
There was no light bulb in the bathroom, and the glass bathroom shelf would not support anything without tipping forward. Two light bulbs had also blown in the kitchen area. We reported these findings within hours of our arrival and were assured that these things would be dealt with. They never were.

I was very pleased with the property, it had everything we needed and was clean and airy, and spacious. It was close to the beach and near a lot of anenities, such as youghal town and a number of other beaches if you wanted a change of scenery. The staff at yhe hotel were very pleasent and helpful.

Have travelled to many countries and have never found what we found here, in our own country!
Tip: take a sea view appartment

good location, right next to beach
nice to have hotel service in a self-catering holiday
Couple of minor irritations (e.g. bathroom door would not close) should have been avoided
We didn't really feel part of the hotel, so didn't take any meals there

We could not fault this hotel in anyway. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and modern, the staff we met especially at the leisure centre and front desk were extremely helpful, friendly and enthusiastic and very professional. We only booked two nights there and we would have quite happily stayed much longer. We had a gorgeous view of the beach though weather wasnt great but didnt matter. Kiddies club looked great and kiddies cinema allowed us to have lovely dinner in peace. Only qualm was that the apartment was expensive but at least we felt it was worth it.

We took a short break last September for a family reunion. The setting is spectacular, the facilities first class, and it was great to have everthing so close at hand. The bar and restaurant were great, the sports facilites first rate and (I'm told) the beauty therapies were fantastic. Couldn't fault it. We all wished we'd stayed longer.
