We were very satisfied with the villa Emillio. It was exccellent, specially acomodation and the beautiful swimming pool. The location of it was quite and not too far from the beaches. We recomment it.

Wow! we have just returned from the most relaxing week we have had in a very long time.
The Villa is immaculate,Clean,Modern with all you need for a perfect relaxing hoilday, stunning views, weather to die for ,each day was atleast 35 degrees but with cooler evenings due to the fact you are quite literally on top of an extremely high mountain,we slept each night perfectly secure with all our doors open ( No Bites either ! )Although rural you are not too far from amenities aprox 10-15 mins by car from local store, 30 mins from the larger Supermarkets & Gandia
The Pool is fabulous with bonus of Pool lights for that evening dip,the locals are so helpful & friendly always smiling, the food is good & in near by Gandia you are truly spoilt for choice from Paella to Pancakes,Gandia beach is simply gorgeous 7 miles of pure soft silky sand, lots of shops scarves, jewellery, crafts, gifts etc..
The beach is particuarly lovely late at night we sat most evenings untill late at one of the many small beach hut bars enjoyingthe atmosphere warm breeze & breath taking skylines.
Would highly recommend this Villa & the Barx region overall ,we will most certainly be returning & have even consider living there .
P.S Do visit the Castle ,all the markets ( but you will have to get up early ! ) & my girls loved TERRA MITICA - Good Family Fun ..
What more can I say 10 /10 Thankyou Denot Family x x

The villa is beautiful in a peaceful mountain setting, the pool is an excellent size. The photos on the website do not do this villa justice.
The down side of this property is that because we travelled with young children it was not practicable to walk to the nearby village of Barx. The only thing that I can think of that was missing is a cool bag for picnics at the beach.
