The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the distant sea and islands. There was loads of space for the family and everything we needed to be really comfortable. The neighbours were so friendly, we got to know some of the Turkish families and the other british and irish residents. We found a car really useful to get to the beaches, as the walk was a bit too much for the little ones, but there is a bus stop very close by as well. The supermarket at the bottom of the road was ideal, and we loved the pool, which was uncrowded and very clean. Thank you so much to Jess and Tony for giving us such a special holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday in the villla. This was our first holiday abroad for a while because my elder son is on an extremely strict diet and has special needs. The owner, Jessica, did everything possible to ensure that our holiday was a success and was stress free. She was always very happy to answer any questions we had. There our 4 of us (my husband and I and our 2 sons aged 8 and 6) and the house felt very spacious and very clean. We spent most days by the beautiful pool as our boys loved it (and that meant relaxation for us!). It was never crowded. Some days we also walked to the beach (down the slope by the mosque) and that was very nice and safe swimming. Walking back can be very hot and tirring but when youve got a lovely swimming pool to dive in at end, who could complain! We didnt hire a car but we knew we wouldnt do very much exploring. Others might however think it essential. It was the perfect holiday for us - lovely hot weather, relaxing, very friendly people and not touristy at all.

Beautiful villa in a quite part of the Bodrum peninsula. Great for families as the villa has a grassed lawn and the pool has a children's section. Close drive to beaches. The caretaker very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was very peaceful and calm. Definitely recommend!
