This Penthouse is AMAZING!! Just how it looks in the photos.
We hosted our friends hen party here and it was just want we wanted. The sitting and kitchen area are very sociable, with huge leather sofa, very large TV/DVD, Free view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics and table fitted 10 of us perfectly for our dinner on the Friday night.
The mezzanine floor was great fun, and slept 8 adults in 4 double beds. The other two room were very comfortable one with a en-suite. The down-side to this accommodation was only the fact that is has 2 bathroom - slightly time consuming when 11 girls are trying to get ready!!
Great location - very close to supermarkets and few restaurants, only 5 mins walk down to the beach and about 20 min walk along the beach in Brighton.
All in all this accommodation is fantastic for a group party, wouldnt hesitate to recommend for a weekend away.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location for a group of friends/large family break. The apartment was very spacious with great facilities in a very secure building. The apartment owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well and really made our break trouble free and relaxing - cant thank them enough. The security deposit was returned very promptly and I would 100% recommend staying at this apartment - it definitely has the wow factor.

i thought the apartment was absolutely amazing - i was completely wowed upon arrival by the whole atmosphere and grandeur of the place. the building the apartment is within is stunning as well as being in a perfect location and there are lots of restaurants and shops around and its about 2 mins from the beach! perfect!
the apartment itself sleeps 12 and we were a group of 12. there was plenty of room for all of us, the bedrooms and mezzanine area for sleeping were lovely, it felt like a real treat to be able to stay there for the weekend.
the main living space has the real wow-factor. the beams in this area give the place a homely feel but really create a feeling of luxury. there was room for all 12 of us to sit and have breakfast together around the huge dining table as well as plenty of room to sit on the sofas and watch the tv.
overall i think this accommodation is the best place i have ever stayed in for a big group. its great value for money and feels like such a treat to be able to stay here. it really has everything, style, location as well as all the facilities and practicalities that you could possibly need.
