We stayed at the Villa in the last week of September 2012. The property is finished to an excellent standard, is well equipped and the best villa we have stopped during many villa holidays. The location is second to none enjoying fantastic views and a peaceful location yet being just a few minutes walk from the nearest shop on the edge of the town. The bikes with shopping baskets also allowed us to quickly pop to the supermarket and bring back heavier items with ease as well as providing an enjoyable change from the walk. The villa has a lovely pool area and garden complete with fruit trees - we particularly enjoyed picking the pommegranates and juicing them to enjoy our own version of the popular local juice! The villa is looked after by Onur who is the owner of the small complex opposite the villa. He is able to help with anything you need and I thoroughly recommend the delicious home cooked chips in his restaurant for a real treat! The boat trip on his brothers boat from the small jetty near the villa is also an excellent day out. Dalyan itself is a great resort that would appeal to all - the tombs are magnificent, the restaurants lining the river perfect to relax in for a drink or meal, with a town that is just the right size and balance of relaxing resort with more lively bars if you want them. There are plenty of activities and trips to enjoy in the area if you want or alternatively the villa is the perfect place to just sit back and relax. We will be returning and have already booked for next year! A great place.

We have been to Dalyan many times but the first time we have stayed in this Villa. It is the best one we have tried, not just because of its great position close to the town and the river, enjoying great views, but also because the owners have built it to high standards and taken great care to ensure its well equiped and maintained. Onur, who owns the Villa hotel opposite ensures the pool is cleaned daily, and is on hand for any help and advise. His boat trips are superb and the best lunch on the river, dont miss the opportunity! Its great to get up in the morning walk 5mins to the local shop pick up the paper and fresh bread and enjoy the view on the way. A great stay thank you.

We visited in May and were in two family groups. The villa was lovely, spacious and private and the owners were very helpful, buying a highchair and cot in order to cater for us. The area was very scenic and not too developed. We experienced Turkish culture and the local people were very warm and friendly. We visited local sights including beautiful Turtle beach and the mud baths by hiring our own boat captained by the owner of the apartments opposite the villa. We had great days on the boat, swimming in the lake and enjoying a bbq on board. We do intend to go back to this villa.

Villa Orodelea is a lovely property in a very private quiet position but still ideally situated with the short stroll into town. Very close to the river where boat watching is very relaxing. The bikes are an added bonus for nipping to the shops or going further afield around the Dalyan area.
Dalyan is an excellent holiday centre suitable for all ages. This has been our 4th visit - and we will return.

We have just returned from a wonderful time at Villa Orodelea. The pool was lovely and the views of the rock tombs and Caunos mountain from the garden were spectacular. Onurs mother (from the family-owned Villa Kiydan apartments just across the road) made us a super Turkish meal and wherever we went the Turkish people were so friendly. VIlla Orodelea was very comfortable and spacious and had absolutely everything that we needed and more. The trip to the beach both by bus and boat was excellent and the sea so warm - even in October! All in all a truly lovely holiday - and definitely a Villa to return to.

We (4 adults) spent a lovely week in this villa. We went for a relaxing holiday and we were not disappointed. The villa is large, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Outside the garden and superb pool are also very spacious with plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating/eating areas.
The location is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday but with all the amenities close to hand- only a 15 min stroll to all the bars, restaurants and shops. It is very easy to venture out via boat/dolmus. Turtle beach is beautiful. The staff at the nearby apartments are very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Orodelea. There was 6 adults and we all had a fantastic stay in a truely idilc spot in Dalyan with great views of the tombs. It was a stroll to the shops (I went to the bakers for fresh bread each morning). The airconditioning was a welcome commodity in the heat as was the watercooler to keep you hydrated. So if you are after a quiet and relaxing holiday with excellent accomodation then this is the place to stay. I would definately recommend the boat trip to the mudbaths and a must is the ride across the river by the ladies of dalyan in their little rowing boat... this takes you to the road to the ancient town were I saw tortoises happily roaming around the ruins... Will definitely return....

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa. We were really impressed by the scale of the property.
The short transfer from the airport also helps. The Villa has all the modern amenities one would expect from a luxury Villa. The Villa is large and 5 of us rattled around it very happily for 2 weeks without feeling on top of each other. The location is excellent and the staff in the apartments opposite are really helpful. A short walk into the town and great views over the stunning tombs near the river make this a great location. We felt that we could have easily invited another family to share the villa with us.
