We had a wonderful stay at this villa and I have to disagree with some of comments made above. The towels and bedding were changed frequently and, if there were any defects in the kitchen then these have been rectified. Yes, the kitchen is pretty basic (but it does have the essentials of a small stove, a huge fridge and a kettle) but why would you want anything other than that when you are on holiday? It is very well placed, near all the restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The beds are huge and comfortable and the pool is ideal and well maintained. The open style living area is well furnished and a godsend on hot balmy nights (as was the pool)! The house cleaner came everyday and really looked after us. Communication with the villa owner was effortless and she answered all our queries and arranged transport to the villa. I would definitely stay again and recommend the villa to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak.

The villa does have a lot of plus points but the description is not entirely accurate as the traffic is noisy and the kitchen facilities are very poor. The property would benefit from a face lift as we found several defects, these included a broken kettle, not enough crockery, cupboard handles missing, chopping board unusable, hole in worktop next to sink, bar stool broken. Both bathrooms have mold and stains in several areas, and one bathroom door did not close.
I would recommend this property but only if the defects are rectified.

Value for money, handy location. Would have been nice to have towels and bedding changed more frequently. Laundry is very inexpensive in Bali. Deck chairs to sunbathe by the pool would be good too. Big refrigerator to keep drinks etc cool. Kitchen pretty basic however couldnt imagine anyone cooking when restaurants so handy and cheap. Bathrooms also pretty basic.
The Balinese maid was very sweet and pleasant.
