HISTORY
“Casa da Mãe” is a country house build in the end of the 90´s on the same location of a former old farm house. During the construction a old water irrigation tank was maintained and adapted to be used for swimming. The house has a large terrace with a Sun shade and a small garden with 2 Sun beds. A Barbecue is also available for your fresh fish. On the back of the house is a large Orange plantation, among other fruit trees. The house has also a private parking.
DESCRIPTION
2 double bed rooms (25m²/24m²), large living room (35m2), kitchen (20m2), bathroom with shower (12m²), large outside terrace with Sunshade, transformed water irrigation tank for swimming (4m x 1.5m x 1.20 high), garden and orange plantation. All the rooms are on the ground floor.
The house is equipped with all the necessary items for a calm and relaxing holiday, like: TV with SAT, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, orange juice squeezer, iron and iron board, among others.
SERVICES
Final cleaning, 2 weekly changes of bed linen and towels.
Gas, electricity, and water.
For our younger guest we have available baby beds and baby chairs.
LOCATION
Casa da Mãe is peacefully located in a rural area, close to the small rural village of Amaro-Gonçalves (150m), and only 8 km away from the Venice of Algarve “Tavira”.
The proximity of several beaches, and the main cities from the east Algarve, makes this house very central and with easy Access from any part of the east Algarve.
