We - my wife and two children - both 6 years old - had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed - both inside and outside :)
Eleni & Jiannis where excellent hosts, always there to help with anything - including answering on SMS which beach to go to....and not to mention picking us up in the middle of the night when we arrived and did not manage to find the right road to the villa.
The villa it self is situated in a very small village, quit and nice, although we could have hoped for a few more restaurants. I loved it, my wife loved it and also our children. We are looking forward to coming back to this place again.

Excellent villa for 4 of us. Well positioned in Archanes, easy to walk to everything you need and only a short drive to Heraklion. Technically this villa sleeps 7 but it is not big enough to take 7 people comfortably. A glass wall seperates the upstairs bedroom from the main living area and there is no curtain so no privacy. There are only 4 sunloungers and each of the tables only sits 4 people. This would not work for a party of 7 adults and you would have to be careful of the age of children you went with because the pool is compleatly open. One of the beauties of this villa is having the lounge doors wide open onto the garden and pool area, you couldnt do this safely with small children. We were a party of 4 adults and it was fantastic, well equipped and a lovely place to stay. The owners were helpful without being in any way intrusive. We did get caught out by a bank holiday and it would be helpful to have that sort of local information in a file or folder.
