Located at a short driving distance from all amenities and a local restaurant at a 2-minutes walk. Wonderful country side views and located on the edge of the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. La Vista is a value for money 3 star cottage offering air conditioning in the lounge with Satellite TV and very comfortable bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside there is an undercover area where you can eat Al Fresco and at the same time enjoy the lovely countryside views and for those long hot summer days, your own “Private Swimming Pool" size 6m x 3m (depth from 1.2m to 1.6m). The pool area is fenced, even so children should be supervised at all times . There is a local restaurant at 2-minutes walk and a 6 minutes drive to all amenities (8Km). The Cottage is 200 metres from the main country road that takes you into the local town of Coin. It is located in a beautiful part of the Andalucian countryside infact just inside the Natural Park Sierra de las Nieves with Ronda only 60 minutes away and only 30 minutes to Marbella.

The rental charge includes Hot & Cold Air conditioning, gas water and electricity.

Further notes
The nearest towns/villages are Guaro and Coin, which are about a 6-minutes drive. Coin has lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.

This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.
