Beautiful and very well equipped villa in glorious setting. Fantastic views. Would definitely come here again. Pool was very welcome in the 40° heat. We did experience a slight problem with the pool but a quick call to Tony the caretaker and he quickly sorted it out for us. He was very helpful.
The whole family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and welcomed the freedom of the villa which you do not always get in a hotel.
The barbecue was used a few times and we ate on the balcony watching the sun go down helped along with a bottle or two of chilled local wine. Bliss.
Thank you Steve & Shirley for answering all of our questions prior to departure and for the information booklet left at the villa. Very helpful.

I have just returned with my friends (4 adults in total) from this fabulous Villa. The photos do not do this property justice. It is very spacious with a great balcony with sea view and a large terrace to the side to take in the views of the castle, especially at night. The bedrooms and en suite facilities are superb. The kitchen and indoor areas have a real home from home feel. The area under the house was fantastic to cool down in the heat and the pool was wonderful and very clean. Tony the caretaker was very informative on places to eat and visit. We were confident should we have had any problems we could rely on him (we didnt need him). There are some fantastic places to eat within 5/10 min drive, and many more further a field. A car is needed to get the best out of the area, a tip dont get a jeep as we did, its just to hot to drive around in an open top.
As a party of 4 we have stayed in many villas and this one is up there with the best. The owners were fantastic in there communication before and after our holiday. If you book this villa you will not be dissapointed.

This was a lovely individual styled villa with distant views to the coast. though we had major problems finding the villa because of the new roadworks had removed all signage.
Very quite and peaceful area though further potential developments could spring up near by.
The villa was extremely spacious and the air con sufficient in what was an awfully hot 10 days. All the rooms were spacious and the villa well stocked with all amenities. Beautifully surrounded by colourful flora though no garden as such but a lovely pool and BBQ area. It was a shame that the pool was not ready for our arrival but Tony, the person whos name had been left for us in case of problems quickly got into action and it took three days of intensive work to rectify the clarity and proper chlorine levels. Ping pong table was great as well as the well stocked video selec tion.
In all my family of two kids under 10 and my Wife really enjoyed this villa and would recommend it to potential customers looking to stay in this part of Cyprus.
Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Doluca in Sept/Oct 2009.
The Villa itself was immaculately presented with everything one could possibly need and more, as near as you can get to a "home away from home". We would certainly recommend it to any of our friends or family.
The owners were excellent in their communications with us before our stay and very helpful in assisting with our needs and generally made us feel very welcome. Although we didnt need any assistance from the caretaker during our stay, we felt assured that any problems that may have occurred would have been dealt with immediately.
Location wise, its close enough to the main town of Kyrenia for those who want a livelier experience but also in a very quiet location for those who want a peaceful break. A car is essential though.
Plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive, we couldnt visit all of them in our 12 days there. All of a good standard albeit not as cheap as a first timer to North Cyprus would expect. But youre on holiday so what does that matter!!
Overall an excellent experience which we will certainly look to repeat in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by the beauty of both the interior and exterior of the villa, its spacious and beautifully furnished with a high degree for quality and detail. We would recommand this property to everybody. Also the owners were very supportive and responded to everyone of our requests in full and with great care.

The property is fantastic, it took our breath away. It is spacious, light, and the decor is of a very high quality. Because we spent a large amount of our 2 week stay by the pool there were occasions when the nearby building work disturbed us but this wasnt regular and didnt detract from our holiday.
The local supermarkets and beaches are very good and Kyrenia is a lovely town with some good shops and restaurants.
We would highly recommend this property and will put this high on our list for next years holiday already.

Villa Doluca is both spacious, modern and furnished in a contemporay style to a high standard. The villa is in a good location for access to both Kyrenia and the tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The pool and gardens are well maintained with adequate seating and shaded areas. We particularly enjoyed spending relaxing evenings on the upper terrace which offers magnificent views of the coastline. The photographs do not do this property justice.
