Residence Costa Smeralda is situated on the Capriccioli pensinsula, right at the heart of the Costa Smeralda. Immersed in Meditteranean macchia, the residence is only 100 metres from the sea. The soft white sand and crystal clear blue seas of the surrounding beaches are some of the most beautiful on the island. Close by, many other famous beaches including Liscia Ruija and Porto Li Coggi (better known as Spiaggia del Principe – ‘the Prince’s Beach’) are waiting to be explored. Residence Costa Smeralda was founded in the 1958 – around the same time as the founding of the exclusive holiday resorts of the Costa Smeralda by Karim Aga Khan IV. The style is typical of the area of Gallura, in which the Costa Smeralda is situated, and its traditional farmhouse or ‘stazzu’. The apartments blend perfectly into their surroundings, a small gem in the precious Sardinian countryside.

The Residence comprises terraced self-catering apartments, each with garden, sleeping from two to six people; there are also first floor studio apartments with balcony.
Hot water is provided by solar panels.
The Residence is set in beautiful gardens planted with native species, and each apartment has its own private garden or terrace.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment for three have a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, sitting room with sofa, kitchen corner and shower room. These apartments are south-facing, with a shaded pergola area, wooden table and bench seating, two sunloungers and a small clothes line.
Inside, the accommodation offers a safe, washing machine, telephone, TV point and air conditioning.
