The recently constructed Capo Caccia complex is located 150 metres from the beaches of the lido at Alghero. Extending over four floors, it comprises 61 fully furnished apartments. The residence features elevators, a modern swimming pool (with paddling pool) and a large private car park (parking available on request). The ground floor plays host to a supermarket and a bar that are run separately from the complex. The centre of Alghero is located just 1500 metres away and there is a bus service to the town approximately every 30 minutes.
