The spacious and quality of the objects compared to a permanent resident are more than enough, giving you even greater sense of comfort and hospitality. Kastro Villa has private balcony and terrace with sea view and sunset view.

Free transportation from the port or airport to our villas during your arrival and free transportation from our villas to the port or airport during your departure.

Villa Kastro is at the centre of the famous Old Town of Parikia, in the heart of the central market. Staying in our Villa you will be next to local traditional restaurants with delicious food, many cafes, bars and clubs and you will enjoy every moment of your holidays. The super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks will covered your every day needs. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our villa. In few minutes walking distance from our Villa here are many sandy organized or not beaches and you could visit some of our sandy beaches (Marcelo and Krios beach) in Parikia with a small boat, a unique experience. There are many monuments such as the famous Ekatondapiliani (One Hundred doors) church, the archaeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the Venetian castle etc. During the summer months daily excursions to neighboring islands are organized from the port of Paros.

I have just enjoyed a month at Kastro Villa in Parikia, part of the Butterfly Villas group. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, well stocked with all the home comforts, and the views were divine. I would highly recommend it to all perspective travellers that enjoy the nicer things in life, without breaking the bank. I was also lucky enough to have a quick tour of the other Butterfly Villas and was very impressed at the high standard of design and comfort, not to mention the superb views. It was a pleasure to be cared for by such competent yet discrete staff and owners, whose assistance after an accident was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. This villa is situated perfectly to walk the waterfront or the original and beautiful lane-ways of Parikia and take advantage of everything this gorgeous town has to offer. I have no hesitation in voicing the highest praise of my experience with Butterfly Villas. Sue Knowler, Australia
