Beautiful riad, surprisingly easy to find through the winding streets. Really friendly hosts who dispite language barriers provided excellent information and help about how to find your way around Marrakech. Wonderful people, would love to visit again.

This is a beautiful, traditional Moroccan house and the fact that you are staying in the ground floor of a family home in the heart of the medina means that you get a real taste of Moroccan life. The Hamdis family are lovely, kind hearted people and could not do enough to make our stay in Marrakech a special one. I would highly recommend the trip offered to the Atlas mountains as it was a tranquil break from what is a hectic city and it is reassuring to go with someone who really knows their way around. As the other review suggests the bathroom is a little basic by English standards, but we soon got used to it. The care and hospitality of our hosts more than made up for. If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the riad for you.

this is a very beautiful property and in the morning the song birds come down into the tree and it is lovely just to sit drinking a cup of tea in the cushioned area. The house is very quiet apart from that. The hosts are lovely people and were always offering us food to try and also did our washing every day. The ktichen and bathroom facilities are currently rather basic but I thought this was an excellent experience for my two teenage boys. There are plans to install a shower in the wetroom. I would really recommend this riad to anyone wanting to experience Moroccan life, fantastic !
