Lovely villa with fantastic Infinity Pool set in Private Gardens

The villa, with surrounding private tropical gardens and infinity pool, is situated on the side of a mountain with uninterupted panoramic views of the sea and mountains from every room. It is within walking distance of the historic town of Almunecar and beaches, (approx. 400 meters to beach from villa!)

The accomodation is in the lower floor of the villa and comprises two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. A kitchen and sitting/dining room complete the accomodation. A garage is provided. The upper floor contains the owners personal possesions and will be closed and unoccupied. The secluded gardens and terraces are surrounded by mature trees, however, the true impact of the location can best be appreciated from the large terrace and infinity pool, on some days you can be swimming in the pool and see dolphins in the sea. There are numerous tables and chairs around the villa and also sun beds.
The property is situated about 200 meters from a lovely water park (open from half June to the end of August) which is set in a park of trees and grass. Beaches are easily reached from the property.

The village is traditional Andalucian, overlooked by its Moorish castle. There are Roman remains in the Majuela Park, itself a Botanical Garden and Aviary. There is also underground aquarium and a museum.
Mountainbiking is available in the hills behind Almunecar, while on the beach pedalos, waterskiing, jetskiing and kite surfing are available

A little further afield are Granada with its world famous Alhambra Palace, the Sierra Nevada with skiing in winter and mountainbiking and walking in summer. Also close by are the Alpujarra mountains, of 'Driving over Lemons' fame.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
