  • Extra information about the area The villa is located in one of the most attractive resorts of Cyprus namely Protaras-Ayia Napa area near Paralimni Village. A couple of minutes walk you will find the holiday village of Kapparis with bars, excellent taverns and restaurants, supermarkets, bank, a kiosk and car hire rental offices. Larnaca airport is about 40 minutes drive from Ayia Napa villa. Ideally situated and equipped the villa offers pure relaxation and family-orientated holiday on one of the most attractive Cyprus beaches. Just beyond Protaras is Cape Greco, which is located on the furthest southeastern point of the island in the Famagusta region. This area contains a National Park Forest, occupying an area of 390 hectares and offers facilities for hiking, picnicking, cycling, horse-riding, climbing, swimming and diving. Scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a north facing garden, a east facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Although we booked Chris House No. 3, we were actually allocated Antonis House by the owner. A group of students were booked into the lower part of Chris House and he thought, correctly, that we would prefer to be away from the noise of students.We were extremely pleased with our accommodation, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Lovely views from the roof terrace - we would certainly recommend the house and Tochni.
