Notes About the Property: Some features of the cottage may vary from those shown. Throughout the village you'll find only low rise dwellings. Typically, they are 2 story stone and granite buildings in warm shades of yellow and ochre, reflecting traditional Sardinian style and charm. Each cottage apartment is on one floor with no internal stairs and with its own private terrace.

This cottage is in a traditional Sardinian style village whose architecture reflects the terracotta reds and yellows of the rocks and flowers of the landscape. The village's gardens, steps, small squares and arcades all blend harmoniously into the environment. Enjoy panoramic sea views of the crystal blue waters of Costa Paradiso. The village has its own private beach, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, health spa, restaurants, supermarket and more.

Also, it is tastefully furnished and finished with paintings specially commissioned to reflect the colours and style of this very natural unspoilt, and sensitively landscaped countryside.

This cottage is in a private and exclusive coastal village covering 100 hectares. It is positioned in the north east of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara. Day visits may include a visit Isola Rossa (red island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
