Notes About the Property: Some features of the cottage may vary from those shown. Throughout the village you'll find only low rise dwellings. Typically, they are 2 story stone and granite buildings in warm shades of yellow and ochre, reflecting traditional Sardinian style and charm. Each cottage apartment is on one floor with no internal stairs and with its own private terrace.

Traditional Sardinian Style Village

This cottage is in a traditional Sardinian style village whose architecture reflects the terracotta reds and yellows of the rocks and flowers of the landscape. The village's gardens, steps, small squares and arcades all blend harmoniously into the environment. Enjoy panoramic sea views of the crystal blue waters of Costa Paradiso. The village has its own private beach, 2 swimming pools (also one for kids), tennis courts, health spa, restaurants, supermarket and more.


Outdoor Dining on Your Sea View Patio

Within the village, the gardens, steps, small squares and arcades, blend into the environment. Its architecture is inspired by the traditional style of the region and great care has been taken with landscaping: olives, lavender, bougainvilleas, creeping geraniums and a variety of flowers give an incredible scent to this Mediterranean environment. The sea view patio is completely furnished for outdoor dining and the equipped kitchenette gives you the option to self-cater.


More Activities Not Far Away

The property is in a private and exclusive coastal village covering 100 hectares positioned in the north east of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara. Although you don't need leave the village to have a great holiday, you may wish to visit Isola Rossa (red island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo.

Take advantage of the natural spring spa nearby - they offer mud baths, popular spa treatments and more. Not far from us we have Horse riding, Diving, Surfing, Excursions by boat and Sailing. Gastronomic tourism can also be arranged for those who wish to sample the best of Sardinian and Italian cuisine.

Closest towns are Trinita’ d’Agultu, Santa Teresa, Castelsardo, Aglientu and Badesi. Monte Pulchiana offers interesting sights such as the largest granite monolith in Sardinia. Stazzi di Gallura, ancient Sardinian dwellings. Valle della Luna, natural granite structures including one in the form of an elephant!

Enjoy the best of both worlds by combining convenient hotel services with the space and privacy of a cottage-apartment. This option includes accommodation, all cleaning, fresh linen and towels together with lovely food in the local restaurant.
Half Board rates from £41 - £78 per adult per night, and £26 - £46 per child per night (4 - 11 years). No Charge for babies and children under 4 years.
Full Board and Half Board rates may also depend on the group size and number of children. Please enquire for latest rates and discounts according to your requirements.

Most low cost and normal airlines have numerous routes to Sardinia. Especially to Olbia and Alghero, both within easy reach of our property. The nearest airports are Olbia and Alghero - equidistant.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
