Notes About the Property: Some features of the cottage may vary from those shown. Throughout the village you'll find only low rise dwellings. Typically, they are 2 storey stone and granite buildings in warm shades of yellow and ochre, reflecting traditional Sardinian style and charm. Each cottage apartment is on one floor with no internal stairs and with its own private terrace.

You have access to the property's private beach, two swimming pools plus an additional kids' pool, tennis courts, football and health club. The gorgeous sea view patio and complete equipped kitchen give you the freedom to self-cater (onsite market for purchasing groceries) or dine at the property's restaurant.

This cottage apartment has a very large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. It comes complete table and chairs for outside dining. Also, it is tastefully furnished in pale woods and finished with paintings specially commissioned to reflect the colours and style of the landscape.

Between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinari in NE Sardinia, the property is in a private and exclusive coastal village covering 100 hectares. Day visits to Isola Rossa (red island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo.

Enjoy the natural spring spa nearby - they offer mud baths, popular spa treatments and more. Other activities close by are Horse riding, Diving, Surfing, Excursions by boat and Sailing. Gastronomic tourism can also be arranged for those who wish to sample the best of Sardinian and Italian cuisine.
