Private, stylish, quiet ancient modernized 1 bed house with beautiful views

This house is very spacious for a 1 bedroom house. You enter on the top floor into the large open plan studio living room, with a juliet balcony in the living area. There is a dining area and kitchen with skylights making the space very bright and sunny.
You take the stairs down to the lower floor which comprises a large bedroom with french doors to a small terrace and a walk-in wardrobe.
On this floor there is also a small lobby area with cupboards and an en-suite bathroom which is built into the exposed rock-face and has very modern fittings, with a free-standing roll-top bathtub.
There are landscaped gardens surrounding the property and an ancient stone threshing circle, which is now a large gravel terrace with tables and chairs for eating outside.
The property is in a very quiet area, but close to Cavtat (You can actually walk there-its a long walk, but very beautiful, along the ancient walkway ,along the cliff tops towards Dubrovnik), its also easy to take a boat to Dubrovnik from the Cavtat port. (Goes all day long)
Montenegro is not far away (Approx 30 km).
The property is in a peaceful and rural hamlet yet close to lots of amenities. It has beautiful country and sea views. Nearby are remote coves and rocky places to swim.
There are numerous great restaurants in Cavtat and all along the coast in villages. Plus there is a great mountainside restaurant on the trout river nearby.
You need a car to explore the area and get to the restaurants and Dubrovnik.
