Private, stylish, quiet ancient modernized 1 bed house with beautiful views

The house is very characterful, we modernized it 5 years ago and carried out the landscaping.
You enter on the top floor, into a studio room which contains the living bedroom and kitchen area.
You take a narrow staircase down to the dressing area with wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, which is built into the exposed rock-face. There is a door to a private gravel protected courtyard surrounded by ancient walls.
Best of all is the covered roof terrace on top of the house with amazing views and shady sitting in the summer.
The property is in a very quiet area, but close to Cavtat (You can actually walk there-its a long walk, but very beautiful, along the ancient walkway ,along the cliff tops towards Dubrovnik), its also easy to take a boat to Dubrovnik from the Cavtat port. (Goes all day long)
Montenegro is not far away (Approx 30 km).
The property is in a peaceful and rural hamlet yet close to lots of amenities. It has beautiful country and sea views. Nearby are remote coves and rocky places to swim.
There are numerous great restaurants in Cavtat and all along the coast in villages. Plus there is a great mountainside restaurant on the trout river nearby.
You need a car to explore the area and get to the restaurants and Dubrovnik.
