Los Molinos is a two level five bed,four bath [one shower is outside] luxurious, spacious, detached villa on the hillside of Monte Pego which can be rented either as a 3 bed 3 bath , or a 5 bed 4 bath villa. whichever serves your needs. Rates stated are for a 3 bed.This location benefits from breathtaking panoramic views overlooking rice fields and orange groves all the way to the sea. At night you can see right down to the towns of Pego and Oliva.

This outstanding villa has been recently re-furbished in a rustic,spanish style and has everything you would want for a perfect holiday. It is situated close to superb beaches and three excellent golf courses.
The villa has central heating throughout and air conditioning in the main lounge, master bedroom and under-build. All living areas benefit from tiled floors which stay cool in the hot summers.

There are five bedrooms in total. On the main floor there are two double bedrooms (inc. the master bedroom which has an en-suite) and one twin room. The under-build houses the other two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a large walk-in shower room and seating area where you will find the double sofa bed.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided featuring a fridge, halogen hob and electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board all for your use. A washing is provided in the utility room.

Outside there is an outside kitchen with built in barbeque, sink (with hot and cold water), food preparation area and large dining area with seating for al fresco dining.

There is a private floodlit pool with built in roman steps (safe for children) with an outside hot/cold shower and w/c. Towels and linen are provided (not pool towels). There is a maid service between lets and a weekly linen change. A pool cleaner comes twice a week to keep it clean and safe.

Car hire is essential. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the nearest beach and golf courses.

Please note that the arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am on the final day.
Upon arrival you will be met by Phil at either the entrance to Monte Pego or at the villa who will give you the keys and show you around. Phil will also be on hand should you have any questions or problems that may arise.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
