Enjoy the fireplace as you spend quality time together.
A dream house built 100% for relaxing and enjoying time. With a comfortable decor, this house was designed by architect Sergio Queiroz as the project of his lifetime.
Surrounded by grass and flowers (2000 m2), you can even grab your daily fresh vegetables from the small farm in the backyard.
Take a dive in the swimming POOL after that, relax in the pool beds, or prepare your barbecue. Invite friends to lounge in the wooden deck and join them in breathing Sintra's fresh air.
Inside the villa, there is a large living room with TV, DVD* and HI-FI system, another living room facing the pool and the deck, 3 bedrooms (1 suite with 1 double bed, 1 suite with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2 and 1 single bed), 1 sofa-bed, totally equipped kitchen, wine cellar, garage and external parking inside the villa for 5 cars.
*DVDs for young children as well as the whole family are available in the house.
If you have small children we are pleased to say that there are 2 baby COTS available and 2 HIGH CHAIRS in the house, as well as children's DVDs and toys (at request).
If you want to keep in shape you can enjoy the GYM equipment that is available in an extra room near the pool and bedrooms.
WI-FI INTERNET is available (please request and we will provide).
We can also provide a daily breakfast, with fresh orange juice, eggs, warm bread, local "saloio" cheese and grandmother's confiture.
PROPERTY
The whole house and the same floor.
As you enter the house little by little it reveals.
A corridor sided by glass windows that overlook the garden welcomes you.
At the end of the corridor you can choose to enter any of these:
- Bedroom that fits 3 in a bunk bed and a single bed.
- orange Bathroom.
- Living/Dining Room and find a spacious room that's perfect for friends and family to gather around that even has a fireplace for those colder days. A big screen tv, nice hi-fi and lots of DVDs will be great for entertaining.
Leave this room and find yourself in a hall that can be another social area, wether to have meals or to work out as you have a small table and some gym equipment.
The kitchen is also close.
You can chose to go out or continue to the other bedrooms.
There is another corridor and the first suite (bedroom and bathroom) you get has 2 single beds with you can choose to put together into a king size bed.
The second and main suite has lots of space and a double bed.
Outside you have a BBQ, table for meals, swimming pool, a small vegetables garden, a huge garden to hang around.
Loose yourself in this wonderful scenery: windmills, mountains, sea.
AREA
Sintra region, the beach, the country, the quiet, and the ancient.
Only 10 min away, Sintra city has lot's to offer. Beautiful ancient buildings, lovely stores, green all around. We recommend you dedicate 2 full days to get to know the city and it's surroundings
20 min away you can find the ESTORIL Racetrack, an important stop if you are a fan of races.
The house is located in the SINTRA mountains region, half way between Sintra and ERICEIRA. Ericeira is a special place for surfing with lot's to see.
You must take the time to see and feel LISBON city, the 7 hills, the castle, the life.
MAFRA, not far away, is special for the Convento de Mafra (Monastery).
Being in Portugal, the FOOD in each village is a must.
Take the time to get to know the beaches to the south of the river Tejo and the country side. You won't regret it.
ACTIVITIES AND SIGHTSEING
I will be happy to show you around, I'm a fan of the outdoors, so if you are looking for golf, surf, jog, cycling or even offroad driving, I will gladly make it happen.
BEACHES 5 minutes (by car) from S. Julião Beach
Several GOLF courses just 10-20 minutes away (Penha Longa, Oitavos Dunes Cascais, Estoril Golf Course) and more than 10 beaches worth seeing, with those typical fresh fish restaurants.
There are several LOCAL MARKETS around, good to find those special handicrafts and fresh ingredients.
Other than this, if you just want to relax and chill, don't hesitate and tell us just that... we will make you feel that this is your own private villa.
