The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Villa Fiore is as beautifull as the pictures on the site promise! We (family with two children, 7 and 11 years old) like to stay at peacefull locations, without too much tourists or crowds. Zminj is such a place, but still you have a few restaurants and little supermarkets - so you can easily find everything you need. The villa and garden with fruit trees are perfectly maintained and everything you need is available. The owner came twice a week to clean the pool (which is quit big) and change towels. He recommended us some very nice locations at the coast. Visiting the coast villages takes about 30 by car. I can really recommend this wonderfull villa we had a perfect holiday (2 weeks)!
